      I wanted to let you know the 25-room block is definite at the Philadelphia Embassy Suites and ready for booking for the 2011 NCAAs in Philadelphia.  You will need a credit card to hold the room, however, you may cancel, w/o penalty, within 72 hours of arrival.  See rate and inclusions below.  Note, there is an additional charge for 3 or more people in the room.  Individuals may start making reservations under the  "University of Virginia."  Please call the hotel and ask for the reservations department at 215-561-1776 or 1-800-Embassy.   When the 25 rooms are gone, I can try to pick up some more rooms, however, there is NO guarantee.
